Returns Policy and Process:

The Sleeping Willow Cottage prioritizes our customers satisfaction, providing a 30-day store credit return policy if our products don't meet your expectations.

Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase; all returns strictly adhere to this timeframe.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags.
- Final sale and discounted items are none returnable.

Returning Your Purchase:
1. Start your return by emailing customer service at thesleepingwillowcottagellc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason.
2. Please include a copy of the receipt or order confirmation with your return.
3. Ship the return package to the address provided, with the understanding that the customer pays for the return shipping. 

Store Credit Process:
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, store credit will be issued within 10 business days. This credit is not redeemable for cash and will not be refunded to the original payment method.
